Ginger is an incredible herb. I use it in so many ways. Over the winter period I add fresh ginger to my smoothies and green juices to strengthen my immune system. I also love to make fresh ginger tea. I simply slice up a small chunk of ginger and add boiling water, so easy and good for your digestion and delicious too! You can also add lemon juice and honey if you have a sore throat.

A combination of ginger, peppermint, and chamomile is a favourite combination of mine to throw into the teapot if anyone in my family has an upset stomach.

It works quickly to settle everything down and has a pleasant taste so it is easy to take when are not feeling well. Enjoy!
