Green juices are great for you. They are nutrient dense and ideal for those who struggle to absorb nutrients, and contain high levels of folate from the green ingredients. Perfect for those who need a little more in their diet.

My favourite green juice recipe is:

2 handfuls of spinach

3 kale leaves

3 celery stalks

½ cucumber

½ lemon

1 green apple

Small amount of parsley (to taste)

Small chunk of ginger.

I love this blend for his high level of folates, vitamin C, magnesium, and iron. It also has mild anti inflammatory effects and is good for your immune system. Most importantly it’s delicious. Enjoy!
