I love these little protein balls, they are ridiculously easy to make….so much so I often get my daughter to make them for us, and they are perfect to snack on when you are busy and just need a little something, that tastes delicious and is good for you.

Cacao powder is full of anti oxidants, and chromium which helps to balance out blood sugar levels.

You will need:

1 cup mixed nuts

½ cup mixed seeds

2 tablespoons tahini

Handful of goji berries

1 dessert spoon of cacao powder

To make the balls simply put all the ingredients into the food processor and blitz until they have combined. Now roll about 1 tablespoon of the mix at a time into small balls and then roll the balls in either cacao powder or crushed nuts or coconut if desired.

Refrigerate in an airtight container and enjoy!
