Hi, I’m Kara, and I have been practicing as a clinical naturopath and herbalist in Wollongong for 24 years.

I am passionate about supporting my clients to achieve their health goals.

In every consultation I spend time listening to my clients needs, and working out individual treatment plans that will work for them.

I treat each person with compassion and care.

My treatment approach includes herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, flower essences, and simple dietary and lifestyle advice.
I use careful questioning, iridology, and functional pathology testing to find underlying causes for poor health.

I have particular interest in gut health, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), food intolerances, immune issues, anxiety, and stress management.

Having children myself, I feel very comfortable treating children of all ages, from tiny babies to growing teens.
Healthy, happy children is definitely something I love to see in my practice..

Consultations are conducted both in our Wollongong clinic and also by telehealth.
